From a young age, I couldn’t wait to start working in the corporate world. At age 13, I co-managed a small clothing store on Sundays.

I cut my teeth on Wall Street in the banking and brokerage industries, where I worked for several years in analytical, data, and process roles, eventually leading into the world of project and program management.

I then made my way to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I have spent the last 25 years in banking, brokerage, hedge funds, high-tech, and entertainment, expanding my skillset to management consulting, change leadership, and risk management.

The “people” component is always the highlight of my engagements. I love to solve corporate problems big and small, by looking at the big picture, and finding creative and sustainable ways to be successful.

My work was recognized by Granite Solutions Groupe, who created an annual award in my name for Outstanding Achievement in the Consulting Arts.

Outside of Clear Path Methodology, I’m a nature enthusiast who loves hiking, and capturing moments through photography and writing haiku. Mentorship is my passion and I enjoy helping people shine.
