Clear Path Best Practices & Mentorship

We offer best practices and mentorship through our Beacon and School of Fish programs.

Beacon

Does your organization have an onboarding process when hiring new resources in change, program, or project management?

Is there an accessible online mentorship program in your organization for helping existing resources to become more proficient in change, program, or project management?

Beacon is designed to fill this gap by providing onboarding and best practices on key topics. The framework includes 45 short, engaging videos, along with transcripts and fillable templates – perfect for both new hires and seasoned professionals seeking a refresher.

All Aboard?

With over 30 years of experience in this field, I've often faced situations where there was little to no guidance to set me up for success. That’s why I created Beacon.

School of Fish

Are you fresh out of college, or vocational school and ready to start your career but not sure how to job hunt, create your resume, set-up a LinkedIn profile, interview, and work in a job?

Are you re-entering the workforce and anxious about how to go about it?

I know what it’s like to be the underdog. Mentors have taken me under their wing during pivotal points in my career, and School of Fish is my way of giving back to help people who could benefit from the “how-tos” that are not taught in school.

The School of Fish framework contains several “bite-sized” videos, infused with real world examples, along with transcripts and checklists.

Ready to Start Swimming?

“I had been working at my first corporate job for about a year, when my manager asked me to come up with 3-5 career goals to expand my career. I reached out to Carol to ask if she could help me create these goals. Carol asked me questions about what I enjoy at work and helped me turn my answers into forward-thinking goals, which helped build my confidence. My next meeting with my manager, I came prepared with my goals written out clearly. This made a great impression on him and helped to improve our relationship.”
